Job summary

Huge is seeking a Design Director to lead the Creative Craft in the United States. You will define visual, UI, brand, and product design directions for world-class brands, guiding multidisciplinary teams and partnering with clients to deliver scalable, high-quality digital experiences.

You will drive a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and growth, embracing AI-powered workflows to accelerate exploration and production while maintaining exceptional craft and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in creative leadership or similar senior design roles.
• Proven depth in at least two design disciplines across brand, product UI, or interaction.
• Strong portfolio with world-class client work and AI-enabled processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary design teams across visual, UI, UX, copy and motion.
• Define and own the visual and interface direction across products for consistency and impact.
• Champion AI-augmented design workflows and integrate them into standard practice.
