Job summary

Addition is seeking a Design Director to elevate the agency's design practice across brands, products and interfaces. You will lead the design team, work closely with the ECD, and shape the creative direction for AI-native experiences.

You’ll mentor designers, review work, and help teams craft systems, interactions and storytelling that move beyond traditional boundaries while embracing generative AI and human-centered craft.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience with leadership in multidisciplinary teams.
• Portfolio showing brand, product, and experience design.
• Experience leading projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Raise the bar for craft, taste and originality across work.
• Lead the design team day-to-day and partner with the ECD.
• Translate briefs into clear directions and solutions.
• Develop designers through feedback and mentorship.
