Job summary

Old Navy in the United States is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, educate on products, and use an omni-channel approach to create a best-in-class experience.

Collaborate with leadership to meet store goals, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a neat, organized work area while supporting all store functions as needed. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and able to work

Qualifications

• Be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Be at least 16 years of age and able to work in the United States.
• Be willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat customers and colleagues with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using omnichannel offerings.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
