OverCast Digital, based in Irvine, CA, is seeking a proactive Brand Creator Associate to join our growing team. You will work with Accounts, Shop Operations, and Strategy to learn daily management of client accounts and expose you to shop operations, affiliate management, creator partnerships, and paid media.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn quickly, build relationships with creators and affiliates, take ownership, and grow within the social commerce industry.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in digital marketing or related field.
• Passion for TikTok and creator marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Data-driven mindset with campaign performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client communication and follow-ups.
• Prepare weekly client decks and reports with insights.
• Coordinate creator and affiliate deliverables and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaigns.
• Track performance and identify optimization opportunities.
