Job summary

Darkroom is seeking an Associate Director of Creator, Social Commerce to own content strategy and influencer partnerships across client campaigns. This senior IC role focuses on building creator relationships, shaping content direction, and translating performance data into sharper hooks and briefs.

You’ll collaborate with Strategy, Media Buying, and Creative to meet brand goals using data-driven insights. You will work remotely in the EST time zone, with English as the primary working language.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in content strategy, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce.
• Proven track record building and managing influencer relationships and sourcing partners who deliver high-performing content.
• Strong content instincts paired with a performance mindset—ability to write hooks, read data, and iterate.
