Job summary

Society 18 is seeking an organized, creative Associate of Events, Social & Influencer Marketing to support creator partnerships, experiential campaigns, social content, and day-to-day operations.

You will work cross-functionally with events, social, talent, partnerships, and operations to deliver high-impact campaigns for creators and brand partners. The role blends planning, content creation, and on-site event support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Events Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years in influencer marketing, social media, events, talent management, or PR.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day content planning for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, creator announcements, and events.
• Write engaging copy and assist with music selection for short-form content.
• Design Canva graphics for announcements, posts, and assets.
• Film and edit Reels and event recap videos using CapCut.
• Coordinate events, vendor outreach, and production documents.
• Support influencer partnerships, brand activations, and creator outreach.
• Maintain creator pages, bios, roster data, and newsletters.
• Support executive operations and cross-functional collaboration.
