Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Brand & Creative Project Management Intern to gain hands-on experience coordinating real creative projects with designers, writers, videographers and business partners. Internship Summary

We are actively hiring for Brand & Creative Project Management Intern! This summer, we are looking for motivated individuals looking to begin a career in our Brand, UX, and Research department to support our Brand & Creative Strategy team. As a Brand & Creative Project Management Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience coordinating real creative projects, working with designers, writers, videographers and business partners, and learning how projects move from an initial request through creative development, review and final delivery.

CSAA Internship Program

As an intern, you will participate in an 11‑week summer internship experience with an emphasis on hands‑on learning and real‑world immersion into our business. Our interns participate in professional development and job‑specific training and plenty of networking opportunities to gain deep understanding of their role and department while also broadening their knowledge of CSAA’s business. We offer an Intern Innovation Challenge, executive meet and greets, community service opportunities, and social bonding activities to help you stay connected.

Internship Details

The anticipated dates of our 2027 summer internship will be May 24 – August 6. open to both remote or hybrid based out of our Phoenix, AZ office. The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $27.00.

Essential responsibilities

• Coordinate small‑to‑medium‑scale creative projects from project intake through final delivery, tracking deadlines, project status, feedback and approvals while communicating updates to team members and business partners.
• Support BrandPoint and Print Self‑Service, the platforms employees, partners and agents use to access approved brand assets and digital and printed sales and marketing materials.
• Help maintain organized, accurate information and content within Brand & Creative tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with the Brand & Creative team and cross‑functional partners by contributing to team meetings, project kickoffs, and creative reviews.

Ideal Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management or related field
• Rising juniors and seniors ideally graduating on or before December 2027 or May 2028
• Interested to begin a career in project management, creative operations, marketing or brand work.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with attention to detail and follow‑through
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while using good judgment, asking questions and staying open to learning
• Experience with project‑management or collaboration tools is helpful but not required
• Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US
