Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Brand & Creative Project Management Intern to gain hands-on experience coordinating real creative projects with designers, writers, videographers and business partners. You will follow projects from initial request through development, review and final delivery in a dynamic Brand & Creative team environment.

The internship offers 11 weeks of summer learning with professional development and networking opportunities, with open options for remote or hybrid work

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management or related field.
• Rising juniors and seniors ideally graduating on or before December 2027 or May 2028.
• Experience with project-management or collaboration tools is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate small- to-medium-scale creative projects from intake through final delivery, tracking deadlines and approvals.
• Support BrandPoint and Print Self-Service platforms accessed by employees, partners and agents.
• Help maintain organized information within Brand & Creative tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with Brand & Creative team and cross-functional partners in meetings, kickoffs and reviews.
