Job summary

SCAN Health Plan seeks a Senior Manager, Brand & Creative to lead the Brand & Creative team, translating objectives into scalable brand and campaign solutions while guiding AI-enabled workflows to improve quality and speed.

You will partner across Marketing, Product, Compliance, Legal, and external partners to shape messaging, oversee creative operations, and mentor the team toward a high-performing internal agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in brand strategy, creative leadership, and integrated marketing.
• Proven track record in brand strategy, standards, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to lead complex, high-visibility campaigns across multiple channels.
• Proven people leadership including hiring and performance management.
• Experience directing AI-enabled Brand, Creative, or Marketing workflows.
• Strong experience with creative operations, portfolio prioritization, and resource planning.
• Ability to interpret research and performance data to guide recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steward brand strategy and voice across SCAN and affiliates.
• Lead creative strategy and direction for high-priority campaigns.
• Govern brand standards and partnerships for consistency.
• Shape messaging across touchpoints, including multilingual adaptation.
• Develop the Brand & Creative team and manage performance.
• Oversee creative operations, intake, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership across departments.
• Provide executive-ready narratives and strategic recommendations.
