Job summary

SCAN Health Plan seeks a Senior Manager, Brand & Creative to lead the Brand & Creative team, steward SCAN’s brand strategy, and translate business objectives into scalable brand and creative solutions. The role partners across Marketing and other functions to align objectives with compliance and AI-enabled improvements.

The ideal candidate will drive integrated campaigns, governance of brand standards, and the development of a high-performing team while maintaining brand integrity and audience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in brand strategy, creative leadership, integrated marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated responsibility for managing and developing professional teams.
• Experience directing AI-enabled brand, creative, or marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steward SCAN’s brand strategy, positioning, messaging architecture, voice, and visual expression.
• Lead creative strategy and direction across high-priority integrated marketing initiatives.
• Establish and maintain scalable brand standards, naming and logo guidance, and co-branding systems.
• Shape brand and creative strategy for major seasonal, growth, partnership, and multicultural initiatives.
• Direct and develop the Brand & Creative team, including hiring and workforce planning.
• Manage intake, triage, assignment, workflow, and capacity for Brand & Creative.
