Job summary

SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand & Creative to lead the Brand & Creative team and steer SCAN’s brand strategy, creative expression, and operating model. You will translate business objectives and regulatory requirements into scalable brand solutions and guide AI-enabled workflows to boost quality and speed.

The role requires 8+ years in brand strategy and cross-functional leadership, with health care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of progressive brand strategy and creative leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience directing AI-enabled brand and creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steward SCAN’s brand strategy, positioning, messaging, voice, and visuals.
• Lead creative strategy and direction across high-priority marketing initiatives.
• Govern brand standards, naming, logo guidance, and co-branding systems.
• Shape strategy for campaigns across channels with multilingual relevance where needed.
• Develop and lead the Brand & Creative team, manage priorities and performance.
• Oversee creative operations, resource prioritization, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Digital teams.
• Provide executive-ready narratives and recommendations to leadership.
• Advance responsible AI integration in brand and creative processes.
