Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers in Sandy Springs, GA, is seeking a Director of Brand and Creative Marketing to own the performance funnel and lead an in-house creative team of 5+ to accelerate multi-state expansion.

You will drive multi-channel demand, optimize CAC and LTV, lead brand stewardship, and build scalable playbooks for new clinic launches while partnering with business development. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance-driven marketing with multi-channel experience.
• 3+ years leading in-house creative teams of 5+.
• Proven ability to balance direct response with brand stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing KPI’s across all channels including CAC/CPA, CPL, and LTV.
• Lead a mid-sized in-house creative team to produce high-velocity content across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
• Develop repeatable playbooks for new clinics and markets to shorten ramp time.
