DBV Technologies in Warren, NJ seeks a Brand Counsel to serve as legal advisor to the cross-functional brand team, supporting pre-launch and commercialization activities, reviewing materials for FDA compliance and drafting contracts with payors, pharmacies, and other partners.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active law license in good standing in New Jersey (or eligibility for in-house/corporate counsel).
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant pharma/biotech experience or at a law firm.
• Experience advising commercial and medical teams on pre-launch and post-launch activities.
• Experience with FDA regulatory advertising/promotion requirements.

Responsabilités

• Serve as legal advisor to cross-functional brand team on marketed and pipeline products.
• Counsel on advertising and promotion laws (FDA, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act).
• Reviewer on promotional and medical review committees for compliant materials.
• Advise on customer contracting, hub services, and reimbursement support initiatives.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with payors, pharmacies, and trade customers; manage outside counsel.
