DBV Technologies is seeking a Brand Counsel to serve as a legal advisor and strategic partner to the cross-functional brand team, supporting pre-launch and ongoing commercialization activities. You will review promotional, non-promotional, and scientific materials for FDA compliance and lead drafting and negotiation of customer contracts with payors, pharmacies, and trade partners.

Qualifikationen

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Active New Jersey law license or eligibility for in-house registration.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant pharma/biotech legal experience.
• Experience advising commercial and medical teams on pre-launch and post-launch.
• Experience with FDA advertising/promotion regulations (AdPromo).
• Proven drafting/negotiating of commercial contracts with payors, pharmacies and trade customers.

Aufgaben

• Serve as legal advisor to the cross-functional brand team on marketed and pipeline products.
• Counsel on advertising and promotion laws, incl. FDA requirements and healthcare compliance statutes.
• Act as legal reviewer on promotional and medical review committees.
• Advise on customer contracting, reimbursement and hub services initiatives.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with payors, pharmacies, GPOs and commercial vendors.
• Manage outside counsel on commercial and promotional matters as needed.
