Job summary

Definium Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Brand Counsel to partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Compliance teams.

You will shape the legal and regulatory framework for development, potential launch and promotion of Definium assets, focusing on FDA advertising, promotional reviews, and risk management.

The role offers the opportunity to influence launch readiness, governance, and ensuring compliant, innovative therapies reach patients responsibly.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in pharma/biotech.
• Demonstrated expertise in FDA-regulated advertising and promotion.

Responsibilities

• Act as the legal advisor to brand, marketing, market access, and commercialization teams.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support launch planning and commercialization strategy.
• Advise on legal risks and provide practical solutions related to brand positioning and promotion.
