Job summary

Omaha Steaks is seeking a copywriter to conceptualize and execute engaging, on-brand content across email, direct marketing, the website, social media, and internal communications. You will edit, brainstorm, and collaborate with design and production teams to bring campaigns to life.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent.
• Marketing, English or related field.
• 1-2 year
• High attention to detail
• Strategic and creative thinker, able to understand and write for a variety of audiences and channels.
• Self-starter interested in creating a great customer experience.
• Knowledge of advertising and direct marketing principles and techniques.
• Able to work cooperatively and constructively with the creative team (designers & production managers).

Responsibilities

• At Omaha Steaks, you’ll conceptualize and execute copy across a variety of advertising and promotional channels, including email marketing, direct marketing, our website, social media, and internal communications.
• You’ll write copy for daily email marketing and update marketing managers on progress.
• You’ll create engaging and brand-aware copy and develop content for brand marketing strategies, website and online initiatives, blog articles and social media.
• You’ll Proofread and check all work produced to ensure it is error-free.
• You’ll collaborate with the rest of the copy team to manage workload and complete tasks.
• You’ll meet expectations for attendance and punctuality.
• Other duties as assigned.
