Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-2 years in marketing, entertainment, media, advertising, or related field.
• Experience creating well organized and visually appealing presentations for an executive level audience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Brand Marketing team across campaign planning, project management, creative development, and cross-functional coordination, working with partners across Creative, Content/Programming, Media, Social, PR, Consumer Insights, Partnerships, and Production.
• Coordinate the trafficking and distribution of creative assets, campaign materials, and marketing updates across internal teams and agency partners.
• Maintain campaign calendars, workbacks, trackers, and status documents.
• Ensure campaign materials and key information are organized and distributed to appropriate stakeholders.
• Support brand and content campaign launches by ensuring teams have the information and materials needed for successful execution.
