Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in Marketing, Broadcast, Production, or Post‑Production.
• Strong understanding of file formats and TV post‑production processes.
• Strong verbal presentation skills.
• Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Teams, Google Docs, and other productivity tools.
• Basic rights management knowledge.
• Independent and collaborative team player with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with content providers on behalf of Marketing.
• Acquire show deliverables and ad hoc requests to specification.
• Troubleshoot delivery and formatting issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams on media requests and priorities.
• Manage asset delivery across TV titles and brands.
• Input and update show metadata and delivery information in internal systems.
• Onboard external users and coordinate third‑party footage sourcing.
• Provide coverage for other Project Managers during absences.
