Job summary

Axon Impact is seeking an exceptional writer to own the voice of founders and senior leaders on LinkedIn, transforming rough ideas into compelling content that builds authority and engagement.

You will work directly with the Head of Marketing and founders, shaping how the organization is perceived across the U.S. PropTech and rental market, with speed and originality as non-negotiables.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, editorial content, or brand writing
• Experience writing for founders, executives, or high-profile individuals on LinkedIn
• Strong understanding of SEO and GEO, with ability to write for humans and search engines
• Ability to transform voice notes, rough ideas, or briefs into compelling content
• Fluency with AI tools for research and ideation, while maintaining originality

The Opportunity

We are expanding our executive presence on LinkedIn and are looking for an exceptional content professional to help shape how the company and its leadership are perceived in the market.

This is not a standard content marketing role.

You will own the voice of senior leaders, transforming rough ideas, voice notes, conversations, and business updates into compelling content that builds brand authority, generates meaningful engagement, and positions the company as a defining player in the U.S. PropTech and rental market.

You will work directly with the Head of Marketing and company founders, meaning your work will have a direct impact on how the industry perceives the organization.

Every post, thread, and campaign will be a direct representation of the company. Speed, originality, and strong editorial judgment are non-negotiable.

Important Note

This is a writing role in the truest sense.

We expect original and creative thinking that demonstrates a genuine understanding of the business, audience, and brand voice. There will be a written component as part of the interview process.

Candidates whose submissions rely heavily on AI-generated content will not move forward. AI is used as a workflow and productivity tool—not as a ghostwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive content strategy and production: Own the LinkedIn presence of founders and senior leaders, transforming voice notes, rough ideas, and business updates into polished, high-performing content that builds authority and drives engagement.
• Brand voice and consistency: Define and maintain a distinct tone of voice for the company and key executives across written channels, ensuring every piece of content sounds authentic, credible, and aligned with the brand.
• Content calendar and execution: Plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn and relevant channels while managing multiple drafts, revisions, and feedback cycles with discipline and speed.
• SEO and GEO integration: Incorporate keyword strategy and search optimization into content production without compromising voice, readability, or authenticity. Contribute to visibility across traditional and AI-driven search environments.
• Performance analysis and iteration: Track content performance and engagement metrics, using data and feedback to continuously improve strategy, tone, and content quality.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with the Head of Marketing and founders to align content with product launches, partnerships, market trends, company milestones, and strategic initiatives.
• Competitive and trend intelligence: Monitor competitors, industry leaders, and emerging trends on LinkedIn to identify opportunities for differentiation and thought leadership.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for an exceptional writer with a genuine passion for brand, content, and storytelling—someone who understands LinkedIn deeply and knows how to create content that educates, challenges perspectives, and converts.

• 3–5+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, editorial content, or brand writing, ideally within technology, real estate, fintech, PropTech, or startup environments.
• Demonstrable experience writing for founders, executives, or high-profile individuals on LinkedIn, supported by a portfolio showcasing range, originality, and strong editorial judgment.
• Strong understanding of SEO and GEO, with the ability to write for both human audiences and search engines without sacrificing quality or authenticity.
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and transform a voice note, rough brief, or half-formed idea into compelling content.
• Fluency with AI tools for research, ideation, and workflow acceleration, combined with strong editorial discipline to ensure content remains original and human.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with senior leadership in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
• Genuine curiosity about people, businesses, real estate, technology, and how category-defining companies build their brands publicly.
