Job summary

Billtrust in the United States is seeking a Senior Director, Brand & Communications to shape and protect Billtrust’s market presence across brand identity, content, communications, design and digital experience.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, set strategic narratives, partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation and Sales, and drive AI-enabled workflows to accelerate growth and strengthen brand equity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in brand/communications or marketing leadership.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across brand, content, design and web.
• Experience driving AI adoption within a marketing function.
• Strong portfolio of B2B brand strategy and market positioning.
