Job summary

HelixIntel seeks a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead brand strategy, drive external communications, and manage agency relationships. You will elevate the company’s market presence, guide the brand voice, and oversee messaging across channels.

You will collaborate with leadership to secure speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities, while coordinating press activity, content, and executive messaging.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or brand strategy.
• Strong writing and editing skills across formats including press releases and website copy.
• Experience leading PR or media relations efforts and managing media outreach.

Responsibilities

• Brand Messaging Oversight: Ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• PR & Media Strategy: Develop and execute PR strategy including press releases and media outreach.
• Executive Visibility: Identify and secure speaking engagements and media features.
• Agency Management: Manage external partners for social media and website content.
