Job summary

Integrated Power Services, LLC. is seeking a Communications & Design Specialist in Greenville, SC. The role focuses on graphic design, video editing, and written content for internal communications and public relations, with independence after direction is set.

You will partner with the Marketing Operations Manager and Creative Services Lead to ensure IPS’s voice and brand are consistently applied across materials. 1–3 years’ experience and a strong editor's eye are valued in this hands‑on role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in design, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• A sharp editorial eye — comfortable catching tone, accuracy, or brand issues in a draft.
• Clear, professional writing skills for internal and PR‑support content.
• Working proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Illustrator, with the ability to work independently once direction is set.
• Practical experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or AI‑assisted editors.
• Comfort using modern tools — including some AI‑assisted drafting or editing tools.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling several small projects at once.
• Genuine interest in growing into more strategic communications or design work over time

Responsibilities

• Own the design and production of graphics, newsletters, and event materials.
• Edit internal videos and manage a video asset library for reuse across teams.
• Draft internal announcements and PR materials with a strong brand voice.
• Support cross‑functional PR and communications projects with research and coordination.
• Collaborate with content and creative leads to ensure alignment with broader storytelling goals.
