Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the NYC office operations.
• Oversee brand sample send outs for editorial review.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly client reporting.
• Track and share press placements with the team.
• Upload and organize client assets to shared drives.
• Update editor contacts in the database and maintain lists.
• Coordinate and support marketing initiatives for clients.
• Assist with gifting initiatives and client events.
• Support coordinators and senior staff as needed.
• Prepare meeting agendas, send invites, and take minutes.

Conti Communications is looking for a Brand Communications Assistant to join their New York based team. Conti Communications is a brand communications agencyfounded in 2019 (with offices both in New York City and Paris, France) focused on press relations & editorial storytelling, collaborations,partnerships and events working with fashion brands such as Matteau, Chan Luu, NOAH, Repetto, as well as beauty brands including Costa Brazil, David Mallett, Flamingo Estate, Vintner's Daughter amongothers.

Tasks include:

• The physical organization and management of the office
• Oversee brand sample send outs for editorial consideration
• Contribute to weekly & monthly client reporting
• Track and sharepress placements
• Upload and maintain organization of client assets to our shared drive
• Manage and update editor information in our contacts database
• Maintain our media lists for each client
• Coordinate and support marketing initiatives with Conti Communications and its clients
• Assisting with gifting initiatives
• Assisting with client events
• Assisting coordinator and senior team members as needed
• Preparing agendas, sending calendar invites and keeping minutes for all relevant meetings
