Conti Communications, a New York–based brand communications agency, seeks a proactive Brand Communications Assistant to support a variety of PR and marketing initiatives. You will help with reporting, asset management, and maintaining editor databases.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to weekly and monthly client reporting.
• Track and share press placements.
• Maintain client assets in shared drive.
• Manage editor information in contacts database.
• Maintain media lists for each client.
• Coordinate PR and marketing initiatives with Conti and clients.
• Assist with gifting initiatives and client events.
• Prepare agendas, send invites, and take meeting minutes.
