Title: Brand & Communication Strategist

Shift: 8 Hr. X 5 Days
Reporting to the Manager of Brand and Strategic Communications, the Brand and Strategic Communication (BSC) Strategist is responsible for building communication strategies and incorporating them into the organization’s broader integrated marketing communications plan. These communications focus on marketing, customer, and stakeholder communications. The Strategist also supports the implementation of targeted communication strategies within the plan to ensure Tampa Electric’s business strategy, goals, and initiatives are accomplished.
This role is part of a team of strategic communication professionals with a focus on strategy, marketing, media analysis, corporate communication, crisis communication, and issues management. These plans are integrated into employee, customer, and stakeholder communication and marketing solutions. The Strategist partners with leaders throughout Tampa Electric to create and execute robust marketing and communication plans and provides insight on communication and marketing trends. The Strategist also provides expert analysis on the effectiveness of these communications.
