• At least 1 year of retail sales or similar fast-paced environment with increasing responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and a similar environment for the in-house team.
• Provide training and support to Store Associates to meet production goals.
• Lead various in-store tasks during each shift, upholding store and brand standards.
• Ensure the movement on the sales floor is flowing effectively.
• Help ensure product merchandising is done accurately.
• Help lead the follow-through of all food safety protocols.
• Target sales objectives and help achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress and topics in need of improvement.
• Participate in other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
