Läderach is seeking a Key Holder (Shift Lead) to deliver an exceptional in-store experience in Miami. You will lead the team, ensure smooth operations on the sales floor, and uphold brand standards during each shift.

You will train Store Associates, help meet production goals, manage merchandising, and uphold food safety protocols. A passion for chocolate and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• At least 1 year of retail sales or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
• Detail-minded with a focus on quality.
• Passion for chocolate and brand experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and uphold brand standards on shift.
• Train and support Store Associates to meet production goals.
• Lead in-store tasks and manage floor movement during shifts.
• Ensure accurate merchandising and adherence to food safety protocols.
• Aim for sales objectives while maintaining loss-prevention standards.
• Participate in team meetings and other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
