The role requires a flexible schedule, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and a passion for retail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication across channels.
• Ability to educate customers about loyalty programs and products.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance the customer experience with omnichannel offerings.

• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized work station and resolve issues professionally.
