Job summary

Old Navy is hiring a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, delivering excellent service and using product knowledge to educate and inspire wardrobe choices. You will work with leadership to provide a best-in-class, omni-channel customer experience.

You will engage customers, support sales goals, and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced store environment, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service provider with strong communication.
• Able to educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Comfortable with omni-channel shopping and tech tools.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers and colleagues with respect to maintain a positive environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance the customer experience with omnichannel offerings.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute store procedures efficiently.
