Qualifications

• Customer-focused service provider with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to engage customers and drive sales through upselling and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with fitting room, selection, and purchases.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and product features to build brand loyalty.
• Assist on the sales floor and back-of-house duties as needed to create a smooth store operation.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and assist with stock and shelf replenishment.
• Utilize omnichannel tools to enhance the customer shopping experience across channels.
• Adhere to store policies and demonstrate respectful interaction with customers and colleagues.
