Job summary

Gap Inc is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll engage with shoppers, educate them about our products and loyalty programs, and use omni-channel tools to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

You’ll work with the leadership team to meet store goals, assist on the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house, stay organized, lift up to 30 lbs, and adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service and delivering a strong store experience.
• Ability to educate customers on loyalty programs and products.
• Comfort with omni-channel shopping approaches and using tech.
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
