Athleta in Minneapolis seeks a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers, delivering exceptional service and educating shoppers on products. You’ll work across the sales floor and digital channels to create a seamless omni-channel experience.

By partnering with leadership, you’ll help achieve store goals, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a neat, organized space while adapting to a fast-paced retail environment. Previous retail passion and strong communication are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
