Job summary

Athleta in Minnetonka is seeking a Brand Associate who brings a customer-first mindset and enthusiasm for helping customers connect with our products. You’ll educate, inspire, and wardrobe the customer, using an omni-channel approach to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Collaborating with leadership, you’ll drive sales while maintaining a neat, organized store, support fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house. The role requires flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and colleagues with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and potential issues with courtesy and professionalism.
