A leading global luxury beauty group is seeking a Brand Asset Manager (BAM) to lead creative and asset strategy across media, retail, and eCommerce channels for two high-profile beauty brands. This individual will play a key role in the execution and optimization of brand assets across various consumer touchpoints—ensuring elevated presentation, consistency, and performance.
- Lead the development and optimization of campaign assets across awareness media, retailer media, ecommerce platforms, and point-of-sale.
- Translate brand strategies into compelling, high-performing content across digital and physical activations.
- Ensure visual and copy consistency across all platforms, aligning with brand and market guidelines.
Media Campaign Optimization
- Partner with internal Media and Marketing teams to strategize, brief, and execute creative for social, display, programmatic, OOH, and connected TV campaigns.
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g., VidMob, Vizit) to monitor asset performance and implement data-informed enhancements.
Retail & Ecommerce Content Management
- Adapt and deliver brand assets for retailer-specific digital campaigns, email, landing pages, and DOOH placements.
- Conduct regular audits of Product Detail Pages (PDPs) to ensure accurate product representation, updated SEO copy, and visual excellence.
- Collaborate on the creation and deployment of UGC, branded content, and refreshed PDP assets.
- Manage creative for in-store activations, including visual weeks, events, and pop-ups.
- Maintain asset integrity and ensure timely delivery for all physical merchandising touchpoints.
Workflow & Quality Control
- Serve as the point of contact between global and local teams for asset trafficking and approvals.
- Own digital asset management and trafficking processes, ensuring all content meets platform specs and is delivered on time.
- Oversee rights management, refreshing expired content monthly.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital asset management, marketing, or creative operations
- Strong understanding of eCommerce, retailer platforms, and omnichannel marketing
- Experience within the beauty, luxury, or CPG space strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, DAM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital trafficking processes
