We are seeking a drivenFull Time Area Managerto spearhead regional sales success for our multinational client, Dyson. The Area Manager will be responsible for the oversight, staffing, training, scheduling, and development of a remote field team of Hairstyling Beauty Advisors within a designated U.S. geographic territory. This role will ensure a standard of excellence in the regional execution of all training, sales performance, and relationship building initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty trends, a motivating drive for delivering sales results, and supervisory experience.

Your Role in the Beauty Revolution:
- Execute and communicate all ActionLink project strategies and ensure ongoing compliance standards are met
- Lead, train and coach field advisors to drive sales performance and uphold merchandising excellence.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators - Sell-thru, market share, recommendation rates - and leverage insights to optimize area performance.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with retail leadership, and team members, acting as the key field liaison
- Develop and implement area sales plans while tracking market trends and competitor activity.
- Deliver impactful training, presentations, and product demos to diverse audiences
- Monitor and utilize reporting and analytics to drive sales and increase market share across all categories
- Deliver effective training and sales presentation and produce demonstrations to multiple audiences
- Support recruitment efforts, and manage performance, recognition and accountability across the team
- Provide reporting, insights and strategic feedback to Regional Managers, ensure accurate documentation, and expense adherence.
The Glow-Getter We Need
- Cosmetology license preferred
- 2+ years of remote or district level team management, preferably in multi-unit retail environments experience.
- Solid retail know-how, with experience in execution, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
- Inspiring leader with strong performance management, communication, and presentation skills across all levels
- Agile multitasker with sharp attention to detail, business acumen, and the ability to negotiate and analyze trends
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and top-notch time management and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, with a polished, professional, and people-first presence!
Work Environment
- Home office space and retail store environments
- High-speed internet connectivity and a phone is required
- Ability to travel extensively - up to 75% of the time including overnights
Physical Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and able to rent a car under ActionLink’s corporate insurance standards
- Mobile and able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time and able to lift 30 lbs.
- Use a computer, keyboard, mouse, phone, and other standard office equipment
