Macy's is seeking an Ambassador who connects with customers, shares product knowledge, and upsells to grow sales. You’ll build a repeat clientele and act as the expert for designated brands, coordinating with leadership and vendor teams to execute merchandising initiatives.

Full-time schedule, typically 30+ hours per week, with benefits, paid holidays, and opportunities for development. Candidates should be energetic, reliable, and adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 1 year selling or retail experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with computers, mobile devices, and store devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience with the customer as priority.
• Greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, stylists, and store leadership.
• Ensure sales floor is neat, signed, and properly displayed for sales.
• Create and implement best practices to drive sales and gross margin.
• Build brand-specific clientele and support local marketing actions.
• Plan and lead vendor sponsored events to meet sales goals.
