Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide the best experience.
• Drive sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor, including folding, displaying, and merchandising garments per BYLT guidelines.
• Inform clientele of current promotions and upcoming merchandise of potential interest.
• Respond to customers' questions and process payments by cash, gift cards, or store credit/debit cards.
• Notify management of potential security issues and assist with inventory tasks.
