Job summary

BYLT Premium Basics seeks a Retail Stylist to greet customers, educate on products, and outfit shoppers for any occasion. You will serve as a true brand ambassador, driving sales through engagement, product knowledge, and suggestive selling.

Responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining a neat sales floor, assisting with inventory, and communicating promotions to clientele. This is a fast-paced role requiring reliability and strong people skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively greet and engage with our customers on the sales floor to provide the best customer experience.
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor including folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments per BYLT’s guidelines.
• Inform clientele of current promotions and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Respond to customers’ questions and process payments by cash, gift cards, store-credit or other cards.
• Alert management of potential security issues and assist with inventory and stocking merchandise.
