Responsibilities

• Actively greet and engage customers on the sales floor for the best experience.
• Drive sales via engage, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Maintain neat, tidy sales floor per BYLT guidelines and merchandising standards.
• Keep clients informed of promotions and upcoming merchandise.
• Respond to customer questions and process payments (cash, gift cards, store credit, cards).
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
