Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide the best shopping experience on the sales floor.
• Drive sales through engagement, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat, tidy sales floor including folding, hanging, and merchandising per BYLT guidelines.
• Inform clientele of promotions and upcoming merchandise; respond to questions.
• Process payments by cash, gift cards, store credit, or other methods; assist with inventory.
