Brobston Group is seeking a store maintenance associate to uphold a clean, welcoming environment for customers and staff. The role involves restocking supplies, tidying the sales floor and back areas, and coordinating light maintenance tasks as needed.

The position requires effective communication with customers and coworkers, the ability to lift or climb, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume environment.
• Effective communication and ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed, work with cleaning chemicals, and stand/walk for long periods.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Restock cash wrap supplies, office essentials, and packaging materials.
• Clean and organize store areas including sales floor, glass, doors, windows, break rooms, bathrooms, and offices.
• Monitor lighting, address carpet stains, manage waste, and submit service tickets as needed.
• Replenish bathroom supplies and clean and sanitize kitchen appliances.
