Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, providing guests with an amazing shopping experience and making their day better. You will be the face of our company, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and excited to build loyalty with every guest.

You’ll rotate across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, promote the loyalty program, and proactively resolve guest concerns while upholding company policy.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and building brand loyalty.
• Energetic, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest solutions.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support the team and contribute to a positive store environment.
