Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Salinas, CA. You will create an amazing shopping experience, represent the brand with pride, and help build brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. The role requires flexibility across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Able to engage with guests and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Comfortable educating guests about products and brand programs.
• Willing to flex across store zones (Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom).

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find items.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support team and collaborate to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
