Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Somerville, MA. You will bring our brand to life, create an amazing shopping experience, and represent our values with authenticity and energy.

You’ll engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, educate them about AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while staying flexible across sales floor, fitting room and stockroom. This role includes evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays)
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to understand their needs and guide them using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product features and benefits and suggest fitting options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to customers.
• Flex across Sales Floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy and procedures.
• Work as a team member to support store goals and deliver excellent service.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
