Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our values. You’ll be the face of AE, passionate about products, and focused on building brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll engage guests using friendly, energetic service, flex between salesfloor and stock areas, and promote AE loyalty programs while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience working in retail is preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done with a collaborative mindset.
