Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Leeds, AL to bring our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and drive loyalty program participation while flexing across Salesfloor, fitting room, cash wrap and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist the team to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
