Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on products, and promote loyalty programs while embodying our values.

You’ll flex across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom, resolving guest concerns with integrity and teamwork. Ideal candidates love interacting with people, bring energy to a fast-paced environment, and are 18+.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
• Uphold AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
