Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Charleston, SC. You will bring the brand to life, create an amazing shopping experience, and proudly represent the company values with your real self every day.

You’ll engage guests, educate them on product details, and promote AE/Aerie Loyalty. You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed to meet guest needs and support the team.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored recommendations.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team to get the job done.
