American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Columbia, SC. You’ll greet guests, share product knowledge, and build brand loyalty while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You’ll engage customers with the AEO Selling Model, promote rewards, and flex across the sales floor and back areas to support the team and uphold company standards. This role emphasizes energy, reliability, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Uphold brand values and integrity.
