Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Greenville, SC. You will bring the brand to life by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, educating guests about AE products, and promoting loyalty programs.

You’ll flex across salesfloor, fitting room, stockroom, and more while upholding brand standards. Ideal candidates are energetic, people-focused, with prior retail exposure, and available to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with guests.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth store operation.
• Represent AEO with integrity and professionalism.
